Jeff Lynt
Mr. Lynt is a recognized subject matter expert in CRM and contact centre areas and has worked extensively with private organizations and government agencies to develop initiatives and programs to enhance the contact centre sector in Canada. He has specific expertise in strategic planning, operational improvement initiatives, employee productivity improvement consulting and workforce optimization planning and project management. He is a trusted advisor to the OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation) Global Marketing team and an executive member of the Help Desk Institute. He has participated in Advisory Board’s designed to shape future contact centre industry product developments with the collective expertise of global market leaders on the frontlines of customer relationship management (CRM) and workforce optimization.

As a Senior Partner with inRound Innovations and as lead consultant he specializes in providing guidance on new technologies and assisting senior management with organizational roadmaps. He helps plan, manage and conduct evaluations and studies on the efficiency, effectiveness and relevance of contact center technologies, programs, policies and initiatives. He helps organizations implement technology solutions for automating processes and systems to increase contact centre efficiencies. He provides expert advice and guidance based upon the frameworks of ITIL, COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) and The Help Desk Institute certification programs.

Mr. Lynt has held numerous positions within the Information Technology industry, primarily in a service role. Over the last 12+ years, his accomplishments are many and he has managed operations up to in excess of $50 million annual revenue, with staffing levels up to 1200 individuals while employed for a global computer manufacturer. When responsible for operations of Ottawa’s largest IT support centre, the organization won internal recognition as best support centre for 14 consecutive quarters and 4 consecutive years. In 1999, it was recognized by "Call Centre Magazine" as one of the Best Support Centers in North America. Mr. Lynt is a past recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal's distinguished '40 under 40' award recognizing Ottawa's top business professionals. He is particularly proud of his past community involvement which included the foundation of an annual charity golf tournament which raised over $50,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He has also worked with government organizations to re-skill, re-employ underutilized as well as disabled adults; and created programs to put used computers in elementary schools.
 
Don Stewart
Don is a recognized subject matter expert in the contact centre area and has worked extensively with private organizations to develop initiatives and programs to enhance the contact centre sector in Ottawa. He is a trusted advisor to the OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation) Global Call Centre Marketing team and an executive member of Ottawa’s Help Desk Institute (HDI). Don has been a guest speaker on numerous occasions for Help Desk and Contact Centre events and continues to be actively involved in supporting this industry in the National Capital region.

Mr. Stewart has held numerous positions within the Information Technology industry, in both the service and IT hardware technology design roles. Over the last 17+ years he has managed operations up to in excess of $150 million annual revenue, with staffing levels up to 2000 individuals while providing vendor support to Ottawa based hi-tech companies. Don was also responsible for design, implementation and operation of an internal call centre while employed with a global staffing company. During his tenure with this organization, Don was also part of the leadership team that provided consultations to a wide variety of international clients in the Help Desk/Call Centre environment. As part of the advisory group supporting the operations of an Ottawa based client’s largest North American contact centre, the organization won internal recognition as best support centre for 14 consecutive quarters and 4 consecutive years. In 1999, the centre was recognized by "Call Centre Magazine" as one of the Best Support Centers in North America. Don has specific expertise in strategic planning, employee productivity improvement consulting and workforce optimization planning and project management.
 
Shelly Dunn
As an analyst with inRound Innovations, Shelly Dunn has specific expertise in strategic planning, employee productivity improvement consulting and workforce optimization planning and project management.

Shelly has held numerous positions within the Information Technology industry, primarily in a service role. Over the last 10+ years, her accomplishments are many including responsibility for staffing levels up to 1200 individuals while employed by Adecco, as the Partnership Supervisor for a global computer manufacturer. While staffing for Compaq’s largest North American contact centre, the organization won internal recognition as best support centre for 14 consecutive quarters and 4 consecutive years. In 1999, the centre was recognized by "Call Centre Magazine" as one of the Best Support Centers in North America.

Shelly possesses a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing and a minor in Management Information Systems. She also has a Diploma in Event Management, and over ten years of valuable experience in client management, recruiting and event management.
